THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN'S HOMES AND OLDER CHILDREN WITH EDUCATION FEES AND/OR VOCATIONAL TRAINING;4.3. ANY OTHER ACTIVITY THAT IS CHARITABLE BY LAW THAT WOULD AID THE RELIEF OF HARDSHIP AND POVERTY TO CHILDREN AND DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES AND ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
