TO CONSERVE AND ENHANCE THE ENVIRONMENT BY LINKING TWO EXISTING WATER HABITATS AND NATURE CORRIDORS BY EXCAVATING AND RESTORING BURIED SECTIONS OF THE BRADLEY CANAL, PROVIDING A NEW WETLAND HABITAT, ALLOWING GREATER MOVEMENT OF SPECIES AND ENCOURAGING BIODIVERSITY, WHICH CAN BE ENJOYED BY LOCAL RESIDENTS AND VISITORS.
