THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAID INCOME AND (IF AND SO OFTEN AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT) THE WHOLE OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) TO BE A GRANT MAKER SUPPORTING AND WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH RECOGNISED CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS, "NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS" AND COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE CONCERNED WITH THE PERFORMING ARTS (INCLUDING DANCE, BALLET, OPERA, MUSIC), AND WITH AMATEUR SPORTS FOR CHILDREN, THE RELIEF OF CHILD POVERTY AND CHILD EDUCATION WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON DEPRIVED CHILDREN, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL AUTHORIZE THE TRUSTEES TO APPLY ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY OR THE INCOME THEREOF TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY OBJECTS OR PURPOSES AS AFORESAID SAVE THOSE WHICH ARE REGARDED AS CHARITABLE BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
