TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF CURRENT STUDENTS AND RECENT ALUMNI OF THE ROYAL NORTHERN COLLEGE OF MUSIC AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER MUSICAL EDUCATION BY:(A) INVITING THEM TO REHEARSE FOR, AND PERFORM IN, PUBLIC CONCERTS OF CHAMBER MUSIC;(B) ENHANCING THEIR PLAYING AND PERFORMANCE SKILLS IN CHAMBER MUSIC ENSEMBLES, PARTICULARLY BY PLACING THEM SIDE-BY-SIDE WITH FULLY PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS;(C) USING FULLY PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS AS THEIR MENTORS; AND(D) PROMOTING THEIR EARLY CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN THE CLASSICAL MUSIC PROFESSION.
