THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES; 5. PROVIDING WORKSHOPS, FORUMS, ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES MEMBERS OF THE GYPSY/TRAVELLER COMMUNITY TO PARTICIPATE MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY; 6. PROMOTING GOOD RACE AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS THROUGH PROVIDING INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO STATUTORY AND VOLUNTARY AGENCIES AND THE PUBLIC ON THE HISTORY AND CULTURE OF THE GYPSY/TRAVELLER COMMUNITY.
