THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY IT IN SUCH MANNER AS THEY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT FOR SUCH OBJECTS AND PURPOSES AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN NEED IN THE UK BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, BY MEANS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FUNDING INFRASTRUCTURE, PROJECTS, SERVICES AND RESEARCH (THE USEFUL RESULTS OF WHICH ARE TO BE DISSEMINATED TO THE PUBLIC) TO IMPROVE THE SITUATION, PROSPECTS AND LIFE OUTCOMES OF SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE.
