“The Company’s Objects are:(1) to relieve the needs of people with learning disabilities or autistic people or those with behaviours of distress, mental ill-health and complex support needs by providing personalised support and services to such persons including, but not limited to, the provision and management of housing, including social housing, and associated facilities and services; and(2) to promote social inclusion by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.For the purpose of this Article “socially excluded” means being excluded from society, or parts of society, as a result of one of more of the disadvantages at (1) above.”
