THE TRUSTEES SHALL ENSURE THAT AWARDS ARE ONLY USED FOR THE SPECIFICPURPOSE FOR WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN GRANTED.RECIPIENTS OF AWARDS WILL BE PERMANENTLY RESIDENT IN THE ENGLISH COUNTIES OF EAST AND WEST SUSSEX AND HAMPSHIRE.
