To promote for the public benefit, the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment, in particular but not exclusively by: protecting waterways, woodlands, parks and other outdoor public spaces from litter; promoting biological diversity through habitat management and improvement; undertaking and facilitating repair, reuse and recycling through the collection, repair and then onward donation, sale or recycling of items to reduce that going to landfill or incineration.To advance such exclusively charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time by making grants to registered charities and constituted community groups in South Wales.
