OBJECTS THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ("THE OBJECTS") ARE:THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY AND THE INCOME THEREOF UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY THE SAID INCOME AND (IF AND SO OFTEN AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT) THE WHOLE OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR IN ANY OTHER PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT NOTHING CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL AUTHORIZE THE TRUSTEES TO APPLY ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OF THE CHARITY OR THE INCOME THEREOF TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY OBJECTS OR PURPOSES AS AFORESAID SAVE THOSE WHICH ARE REGARDED AS CHARITABLE BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH (1), TO BE A GRANT MAKER SUPPORTING AND WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH RECOGNISED CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS, "NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS" AND COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE CONCERNED WITH OPPOSITION TO THE PRACTICE OR SYSTEM OF SLAVERY IN ALL ITS FORMS THROUGH EDUCATION, THE PROVISION OF RELIEF OR OTHERWISE, PROVIDED THAT ANY SUCH SUPPORT SHALL BE CONDITIONED UPON IT BEING APPLIED SOLELY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE REGARDED AS CHARITABLE BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.NOTHING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
