(1) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OF DISABLED PEOPLE IN BANGLADESH AND THE UK BY PROVIDING NECESSARY SUPPORT TO RELIEVE THAT NEED AND BY ANY MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SHALL DETERMINE. (3) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF SPORT. (4) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL AID.
