IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE POWER TO SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNTRY PARK AT MILTON CREEK AND TO MAINTAIN OR MANAGE OR COOPERATE WITH ANY STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THE MAINTENANCE AND MEETING OF SUCH A PARK FOR ACTIVITIES PROVIDED BY THE CIO IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS.2. TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT THROUGH EDUCATION, RECORDING AND RESEARCH.
