PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OROTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY,B. SUPPORTING RESEARCH INTO FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO POVERTY AND THE MOSTAPPROPRIATE WAYS TO MITIGATE THESE;2.
