THE CIO SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO AFFILIATE TO THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS AND TO OTHER ORGANISATIONS WITH SIMILAR CHARITABLE OBJECTS.
