EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND ON VOCATIONAL SKILLS INCLUDING MUSIC, CHOIR GROUPS AND VARIOUS HANDWORKS. 3.1.2 TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THOSE VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING, RAPE AND TORTURE SUFFERING FROM POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDERS, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IN PRESTON LANCASHIRE, MANCHESTER AND LIVERPOOL. 3.1.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THOSE GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS IN PRESTON LANCASHIRE, MANCHESTER AND LIVERPOOL AND THEIR DEPENDENTS IN NEED THEREOF SO AS TO ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO ADAPT WITHIN A NEW COMMUNITY BY WAY OF INTEGRATION COURSES AND PREPARATION FOR THE JOB MARKET. 3.2 NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORIZE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF WORLDWIDE LIFE ENHANCEMENT FACILITY (WWLEF) FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
