(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO MARINE AND/OR WILDLIFE CONSERVATION CHARITIES (WHICH ARE CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) OR FOR SUCH OTHER ORGANISATIONS OR PROJECTS WHICH FURTHER THE ABOVE CHARITABLE PURPOSE, AND IN PARTICULAR TO :(I) THE MARINE CONSERVATION SOCIETY (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 1004005).(II) ELEPHANT HUMAN RELATIONS AID (EHRA), PO BOX 2146, SWAKOPMUND, NAMIBIA.(III) YORKSHIRE WILDLIFE TRUST (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 210807).(3) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BECAUSE OF ILL-HEALTH IN THE HARROGATE AREA BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ST MICHAEL’S HOSPICE, HARROGATE (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 518095).(4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO HARROGATE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVALS (REGISTERED CHARITY NUMBER 244861).(5) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES (WHICH ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF FOLLIFOOT AND THE WIDER HARROGATE AREA AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT INCLUDING (BUT NOT RESTRICTED) TO THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ANY OR ALL OF : (I) FRIENDS OF FOLLIFOOT WILDLIFE, RECREATIONAL AND PLAY AREA (FOFWRAP).(II) ST. JOSEPH AND ST. JAMES CHURCH, FOLLIFOOT.(III) FOLLIFOOT CHURCH OF ENGLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL.IN THE EVENT THAT THE TRUSTEES NEED TO GIVE PRIORITY TO PARTICULAR INSTITUTIONS OR ORGANISATIONS IN VIEW OF FUNDS AVAILABLE TO THEM FOR DISTRIBUTION, FIRST PRIORITY SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE OUNDLE SCHOOL FOUNDATION AND THE MARINE CONSERVATION SOCIETY, BUT OTHERWISE THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE TOTAL DISCRETION AS TO WHEN TO AWARD GRANTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OR ALL OF THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS AS SET OUT ABOVE, AND IN WHAT AMOUNT.
