TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.3.
