B) PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. C) WORKING WITH STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO IMPROVE FACILITIES AND SERVICE PROVISION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THIRSK AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
