ABSOLUTE DISCRETION BE MADE BY PAYMENT OF SUCH BENEFICIARY AND IN THE LATTER CASE THE TRUSTEES SHALL BE UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO SEE TO THE APPLICATION OF ANY MONEY SO PAID.'BENEFICIARIES' MEANS ANY PRESENT OR PAST MEMBERS OF THE LONDON SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA TOGETHER WITH ANY PERSONS LIVING IN A FAMILY RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THEIR SPOUSES, CIVIL PARTNERS, WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, CHILDREN OR OTHER DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED OR DISTRESS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND ?BENEFICIARY?
