THE RELIEF OF THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF ELDERLY PEOPLE IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF TITCHFIELD3.2. THE BENEFICIAL CLASS COMPRISES PEOPLE LIVING IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF TITCHFIELD AND3.2.1. IN THE CASE OF AN APPOINTMENT AS A RESIDENT OF ANY ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION, SUCH OTHER PERSON(S) AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY, IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES CONSIDER SHOULD BE SO APPOINTED; AND3.2.2.
