THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:1. THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED BY REASON OF ILL-HEALTH, SICKNESS, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT FOR, AND PARTNERING WITH, CHILDREN WHO ARE ENROLLED IN THE NUTRITION PROGRAMME IN CLINICS IN OUAGADOUGOU AND ELSEWHERE IN BURKINA FASO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HELPING FAMILIES WITH MEDICAL SUPPORT, HOSPITAL COSTS AND OPERATIONS, BOTH PRACTICALLY AND FINANCIALLY AS THEY MAY ARISE;2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROVIDING SUCH SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROVIDING SCHOOL UNIFORM, BOOKS, APPROPRIATE SANITARY PRODUCTS AND SCHOOL FEES; AND3. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TRAINING OF INDIGENOUS LEADERS OF THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH IN UNDERSTANDING THE BIBLE AND HOW TO TEACH THE BIBLE TO OTHERS, BY MAKING THE BIBLE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRONIC AND PAPER COPIES AND THROUGH BIBLE STUDY CLASSES AND PRAYER.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
