THE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEER SHED IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THROUGH TRAINING AND LIFE-LONG LEARNING. THE DEER SHED AIM IS TO PROMOTE SKILLS, BUILD CONFIDENCE AND DEVELOP INDEPENDENCE IN YOUNG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN DERBYSHIRE. BY PROVIDING A SAFE AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT, OUR MISSION IS TO EQUIP YOUNG ADULTS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES TO FIND SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYMENT IN THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR AND TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY.
