WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS AND NON-PROFIT MAKING ORGANISATIONS PURSUING AIMS OR ACTIVITIES CONCERNED WITH NEOTROPICAL BIRDS;C. ENCOURAGE MEMBERS TO CONTRIBUTE TO CONSERVATION RESEARCH ON NEOTROPICAL BIRDS; ANDD. MAKE GRANTS TO FUND ORNITHOLOGICAL AND CONSERVATION PROJECTS IN THE NEOTROPICS.
