(3) DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF AND PARENTS AND CARERS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL. (4) ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH AIM TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION AND ENHANCE THE LEARNING OF PUPILS AT HIGHFIELD COFE PRIMARY SCHOOL OR IMPROVE THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT. (5) ENHANCING THE CHILDREN'S SCHOOL EXPERIENCE THROUGH HOLDING SPECIAL EVENTS WHICH CREATE TREASURED MEMORIES.
