THE CIO WILL DO THIS BY AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO UNDERTAKE SHORT PERIODS OF RESEARCH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AT ANY UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, OR OTHER INSTITUTION OF FURTHER EDUCATION (INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL) APPROVED FOR THE PURPOSE BY THE TRUSTEES.
