3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:3.1.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF OFFENDERS OR EX-OFFENDERS WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN IN CUSTODY IN PARTICULAR BY (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PROVIDING SUPPORT OR ORGANISING TRAINING AND MENTORING;3.1.2 TO PROVIDE CARE AND REHABILITATION FOR OFFENDERS OR EX-OFFENDERS, AND THOSE AT RISK OF OFFENDING, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND TO ASSIST THEM IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT OR STARTING A BUSINESS; AND3.1.3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO OFFENDERS AND EX-OFFENDERS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
