2.1 The Objects of the Charity are:2.1.1 to advance the Christian faith for the benefit of the public by establishing andmaintaining congregations in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and NorthernIreland in which the sacraments, prayer meeting, lectures and other activities ofThe Christian Community can be held. Activities in furtherance of this willinclude:2.1.1.1 Producing and/or distribute literature or any suitable media on theChristian faith and to enlighten others about The Christian Community;2.1.1.2 Contributing to the meaning of people's lives and to their spiritualwellbeing through its religious services, pastoral counselling andinstruction that are open to all;2.1.1.3 Helping to provide a moral and ethical framework for beneficiaries’ lives.2.2 This provision may be amended by special resolution but only with the prior writtenconsent of the Commission. 2.3 Nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the propertyof the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance withsection 7 Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
