EDUCATING MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS, SCIENTISTS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS IN THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF PERSONS WITH NEUROMUSCULAR AND OTHER RARE DISEASESC. SUPPORTING AND THEREBY RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIVES OF PERSONS WITH NEUROMUSCULAR AND OTHER RARE DISEASES (AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS) BY EDUCATING ABOUT AND PROMOTING ACCESSIBILITY TO TREATMENT OR BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL SEE FITD.
