(1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO PROMOTE SANATHANA DHARMA, EMPHASIZING PARTICULAR TENETS OF THE HINDU FAITH IN THE TEACHINGS OF SATHYA SAI BABA, THROUGH THE HOLDING OF TALKS AND RETREATS, THE PRACTICE OF LIGHT MEDITATION AND PARTICIPATING IN INTER-FAITH PROGRAMMES IN THE COMMUNITY TO ENLIGHTEN OTHERS ABOUT THESE ETERNAL TRUTHS.(2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF SATHYA SAI EDUCATION IN HUMAN VALUES (SSEHV) AND THE FIVE UNIVERSAL HUMAN VALUES OF TRUTH, LOVE, RIGHTEOUSNESS, PEACE AND NON-VIOLENCE PROMOTED BY THE TEACHINGS OF SATHYA SAI BABA. IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:* PROVIDING VALUES-BASED CLASSES IN SCHOOLS THAT RUN ALONGSIDE THE NATIONAL CURRICULUM;* PROVIDING SUPPLEMENTARY WEEKEND CLASSES FOR CHILDREN IN SATHYA SAI CENTRES;* PROVIDING A VALUES-BASED PROGRAMME FOR YOUNG ADULTS AGED BETWEEN 18 – 40 YEARS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE, AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.(3) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS, AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
