TO SECURE THE REPAIR RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION OF THE CEMETERY, ITS MONUMENTS AND BUILDINGS AND OTHER ARTEFACTS AND THEIR SETTING AS A PLACE OF HISTORIC AND OTHER INTEREST AND BEAUTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT; AND3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC OF THE LOCAL SIGNIFICANCE AND SOCIAL, INDUSTRIAL HISTORY OF THE LOCAL AREA AND ALSO THE BIODIVERSITY ASPECTS WITHIN IT.
