THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION TO SCHOOLS WITHIN THE MILL HILL SCHOOL FOUNDATION OF:3.1 BURSARY SUPPORT FOR THE BENEFIT OF PUPILS WHO NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND3.2 GRANT FUNDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
