FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, THE PREVENTION AND REDUCTION OF CRIME, IN PARTICULAR, THE CRIMINAL ACT OF SPIKING AND RELATED CRIMES SUCH AS SEXUAL VIOLENCE, BY: ADVANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION ON SPIKING AND RELATED CRIMES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WORKSHOPS; SEMINARS; PUBLIC INFORMATION INITIATIVES; AND THROUGH ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE EMERGENCY SERVICES AND LAW ENFORCEMENT THROUGH GRANT FUNDING AND DELIVERING CRIME REDUCTION TRAINING (ANTI- SPIKING TRAINING).NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
