ESTABLISHING A PLACE OF WORSHIP; D. PROVIDING AFTER SCHOOL QURANIC CLASSES FOR CHILDREN AND ADULT QURANIC (ARABIC) CLASSES; E. PROVIDING CHAPLAINCY SERVICES TO HOSPITALS & PRISONS; F. CARRYING OUT MARRIAGES AND FUNERALS; AND G.
