(B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON THE CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF HOMELESSNESS, ADVERSE HOUSING, HUMAN RIGHTS AND POVERTY IN THE UK BY CONDUCTING RESEARCH INTO THE FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THESE CONDITIONS AND BY PUBLISHING AND DISSEMINATING THE FINDINGS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
