(D) TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SICKNESS OF PERSONS IN NEED IN OXFORDSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BY USING THE OXFORDSHIRE LOFT AS AN OUTLET FOR RECREATIONAL USE AND TALKING SPACE.(E) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PREVENTING PEOPLE FROM BECOMING SOCIALLY EXCLUDE, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY BY MEANS OF PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANIZING PROGRAMS OF PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES.
