TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS PRIMARILY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN TRANSITIONING INTO SECONDARY SCHOOL, NEW SETTINGS AND NEW EXPERIENCES OR OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH:(A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE;(B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.’2. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS ARISING FROM BEING LONG TERM UNEMPLOYED, A YOUNG PERSON NOT IN EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING (NEETS) AND EX SERVICE PERSONNEL THROUGH PROVIDING PROGRAMMES AND ACTIVITIES TO BUILD CONFIDENCE AND SKILLS AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.
