ADDITIONALLY, THE CHARITY SEEKS TO ENHANCE THE AVAILABILITY OF CONTEMPORARY ARTISTIC EXPERIENCES FOR THE CHINESE AND EAST ASIAN DIASPORA IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND WORLDWIDE.TO ACHIEVE THESE GOALS, THE CHARITY WILL ADOPT A PRODUCER-LED COLLECTIVE STRUCTURE THAT EMPOWERS THE CREATIVITY OF PRODUCERS, FOSTERING COLLABORATIONS ACROSS VARIOUS ART FORMS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DANCE, MUSIC, THEATRE, AND THE VISUAL ARTS. THESE COLLABORATIVE ENDEAVOURS WILL BE SHOWCASED THROUGH TOURING, LIVE PRESENTATIONS, AND DIGITAL EXPERIENCES BOTH IN THE UK AND INTERNATIONALLY. IN ORDER TO FURTHER THE VISION, THE CREATION OF THESE PRODUCTIONS, GUIDED BY THE PRODUCERS' VISIONS, WILL BE SUPPORTED AND ENRICHED THROUGH DEDICATED RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES.NOTHING IN THE ARTICLES SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
