THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO ADVANCE THE CARE AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE, RESIDING IN ABERGAVENNY AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY PROVIDING DAY CARE FACILITIES AND BY STIMULATING THEIR GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT THROUGH SAFE AND SATISFYING PLAY AND ALLIED ACTIVITIES. WHERE AMENITIES AND STAFF ALLOW, THE FACILITIES MAY BE EXTENDED TO CHILDREN UNDER EIGHT YEARS OF AGE DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
