3.1 TO ADVANCE THE ARTS, CULTURE, HERITAGE AND SCIENCE AND TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE APPRECIATION OF THE FOREGOING PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:3.1.1 SUPPORTING THROUGH GRANT MAKING MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC PROJECTS, EXHIBITIONS AND MUSEUMS IN THE SOUTH ASIAN REGION IN SUCH WAYS AND IN SUCH MANNER AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE;AND3.1.2 FACILITATING ACCESS AND INCLUSIVITY TO THE ARTS AND SCIENCE FOR ALL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE WHO ARE DISADVANTAGED BY FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR ARE LIVING WITH PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY.3.2 TO ADVANCE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
