THIS IS KNOWN AS THE SOCIAL CARE BRANCH; AND (B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN, OR WHO ARE BEING OR WHO HAVE BEEN FOR NOT LESS THAN ONE YEAR EDUCATED IN, ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PARISHES:(I) STONY STRATFORD; (II) UPPER AND NETHER HEYFORD; (III) ST GILES, NORTHAMPTON; (IV) STOWE NINE CHURCHES; AND (V) WEEDON BEC, AND WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE CIO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; AND(C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE ATTENDING MERTON COLLEGE, OXFORD, THIS IS KNOWN AS THE APPRENTICESHIP AND EDUCATIONAL BRANCH.
