THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN STUTTON (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES APPROVED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION) OF PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE RESIDENT IN STUTTON AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION, WITH PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO COMMUNICANT MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND2. SUBJECT TO ANY PAYMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ALMSHOUSES THE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY TO THE RECTOR FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST PETER, STUTTON, OUT OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY THE YEARLY SUM OF £10 SO LONG AS THE SAID RECTOR SHALL RENDER SPIRITUAL ASSISTANCE TO THE ALMSPEOPLE BEYOND THEIR USUAL DUTIES TO THEM AS PARISHIONERS3. SUBJECT TO ANY PAYMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ALMSHOUSES AND ANY PAYMENTS REQUIRED UNDER SUB CLAUSE 2 OF THIS CLAUSE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME
