PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR CONFIDENCE, SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS ENGAGED, RESILIENT AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.IN PARTICULAR WE WILL PROVIDE: 1) INDIVIDUAL MENTORING SUPPORT. 2) GROUP BASED ACTIVITIES THAT SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SKILLS. 3) A RANGE OF RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS.
