1/ THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WOMEN AND CHILDREN, WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN VICTIM TO PHYSICAL, SEXUAL, EMOTIONAL, ECONOMIC AND/OR MENTAL ABUSE WITHIN AN INTIMATE OR FAMILY RELATIONSHIP (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE); OR OTHER GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO RAPE, PROSTITUTION, GANG VIOLENCE, SEX-TRAFFICKING, AND ON-LINE ABUSE THROUGHOUT TAJIKISTAN AND ABROAD THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO SUPPORT OTHER CHARITIES AND ORGANISATIONS WHO PROVIDE SERVICES, SUCH AS, HOUSING, EDUCATION, CLOTHING AND HEALTHCARE TO SUCH INDIVIDUALS. 2/ THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AT A PUBLIC LEVEL THROUGH TRAINING, OUTREACH PROGRAMMES, SUPPORT GROUPS, RESEARCH AND TRAINING ON UNDERSTANDING THE ISSUES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE THROUGHOUT TAJIKISTAN AND ABROAD.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
