PROVIDING SAFE AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENTS WHERE PERSONS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED CAN MEET TO COMBAT LONELINESS. 3.2. PROMOTING RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, CREATIVE OR PHYSICAL, PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL CONNECTIONS AND INTEGRATION BACK INTO SOCIETY, WHILST LEARNING NEW SKILLS OR PASSING ON SKILLS TO OTHERS. 3.3. PROVIDING INFORMATION AND SUPPORT, INCLUDING ACCESS TO LOCAL COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH SERVICES BY SIGNPOSTING AND REFERRALS TO OTHER LOCAL VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY SERVICES. 3.4. EDUCATING THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE HARMFUL IMPACT OF LONELINESS AND PROMOTING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH TO ASSIST THEM IN MAKING HEALTHIER LIFE CHOICES TO IMPROVE THEIRQUALITY OF LIFE. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS “SOCIALLY EXCLUDED” MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: AGE, ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL), DISABILITY, INFIRMITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DEPRIVATION.
