THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG DEAF PEOPLE LIVING IN WEST NORFOLK AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING PARTIALLY OR WHOLLY DEAF AND TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE BY:3.1. PROVIDING MEETING SPACES FOR THE DEAF COMMUNITY;3.2. RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING DEAF PEOPLE, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR SOCIAL EXCLUSION;3.3 PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVICE, AND SUPPORT INCLUDING HEARING AID DROP IN SESSIONS AND ASSISTANCE FOR PARENTS, SIBLINGS AND FAMILIES OF PROFOUNDLY DEAF CHILDREN; AND3.4 PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEAF CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
