(I) THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY OF MIGRANTS IN THE UK , IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AFRICAN MIGRANTS, WHO FOR REASONS OF THE PRECARIOUSNESS OF THEIRIMMIGRATION STATUS AND ASSOCIATED VULNERABILITIES ARE FALLING DEEPER INTO POVERTY, DEBT, DEPRIVATION, AND DESTITUTION,(II) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION MIGRANTS IN THE UK, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AFRICAN MIGRANTS, WHO FOR VARIOUS FACTORS INCLUDING ORIGINATING FROMNON-ENGLISH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES AND/OR DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE FORMALLY EDUCATED ARE UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY IN ENGLISH AND/ORGAIN THE APPROPRIATE SKILLS NEEDED TO BE ECONOMICALLY ACTIVE OR EMPLOYABLE, AND(III) THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE SUCH AS THOSE OUTLINED IN SUBPARAGRAPHS(I) AND (II) ABOVE.
