THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE FIRST PLACE SO FAR AS REQUISITE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY NOT REQUIRED TO BE KEPT IN REPAIR BY THE TENANTS THEREOF.II.
