AS A MEANS OF:- ADVANCING IN LIFE AND DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY, ENHANCE INDEPENDENCE, MATURITY AND RESPONSIBILITY:- ADVANCING EDUCATION;- RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT;- PROVIDING RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN BASKETBALL, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF YOUNG PEOPLE.
