THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR HOBBIES, RECREATION, OR OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PRACTICAL INTERESTS, SKILLS SHARING, LEARNING NEW SKILLS, AND ENGAGING IN COMMUNITY-BASED PROJECTS. THESE ACTIVITIES AIM TO FOSTER SOCIAL CONNECTIONS, ALLEVIATE ISOLATION, AND SUPPORT INTEGRATION INTO THE BROADER COMMUNITY.
