TO APPLY THE TRUST FUND TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITIES OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING): (A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN THE CHARITY'S OPERATIONAL AREA AND ELSEWHERE (B) TO FURTHER THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL TRAINING) OF YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN OR ATTENDING SCHOOLS IN THE CHARITY'S OPERATIONAL AREA AND ELSEWHERE (C) THE RELIEF OF NEED AND SICKNESS AND THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY OF PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE CHARITY'S OPERATIONAL AREA AND ELSEWHERE. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE, THE ‘OPERATIONAL AREA’ SHALL BE THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISHES OF DUFFIELD AND LITTLE EATON IN THE DIOCESE OF DERBY, AND ‘YOUNG PEOPLE’ MEAN CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25.
